A simple, effective approach to guide you toward positive change and personal growth. Together, we'll navigate each step to help you reach your goals with clarity and confidence.

Deep Discovery

We start with deep, honest conversation to uncover what’s keeping you stuck, something like the thoughts, habits, and patterns running in the background.

You’ll leave this step with more self-awareness, clarity, and language around what’s been holding you back (and why). Most clients say this alone is a powerful turning point.

Step 03

Action Plan

This is where mindset meets movement. You’ll get simple tools and a step-by-step plan that fits your life. Got questions? I’m here to offer insights, real talk, and practical advice, so you’re not figuring it all out alone.

Step 02

Rewrite Story & Goal Setting

We look at the beliefs that no longer serve you and begin to shift them. You’ll define what you truly want in love, work, or self. I’ll offer reflections, ask powerful questions, and give you guidance where needed to help you see things clearly and set goals that feel right for you.

Step 04

Ongoing Support to grow

With regular checking in between sessions, you’ll get support as you apply what you’ve learned, so the growth sticks, and the confidence lasts.

1-Month Program

This 1-month program gives you the space to go deeper. You'll receive practical tools and coaching support and unlimited support and Q&A in between sessions. 4 Sessions
Investment: $490

Long Term Program

This is where ultimate transformation happens. You’ll receive personalized guidance, on-going feedback, and a toolkit you can return to long after our time together. You may choose between 2-month program (8 sessions) and 3 month program (12 sessions).

The coaching process typically involves an initial consultation to assess your issues and goals. Subsequent sessions may focus on identifying the root causes, shifting your mindset, shifting your beliefs and getting rid of the old pattern that no longer serves you. Depends on what we are working on, it may also involve goal setting, developing actionable steps, and accountability check-ins. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and progress.

We’ll work together through conversation, reflection, and I will offer you the practical tools to move forward or navigate your real life outside of the sessions. You’ll bring in the situation, and I’ll help you identify the issue and its root cause and find a solution to move forward. Every session is tailored to you, because there’s no script or pressure. You have my focus on you 100%. 

Not at all. You can start with a single session to get a feel for the space and see if it’s the right fit. Many clients start with one and then decide to continue with a package once they experience the support and clarity that coaching brings. I will always refund unused package. 

Success in coaching isn’t about having it all figured out overnight. It often looks like subtle but powerful shifts. You might notice less overthinking, more confidence, stronger boundaries, or putting yourself on a pedestal instead. We’ll reflect on your progress regularly, and I’ll help you spot the wins you might not even realize are happening.
